Introduction

GO Investment Partners LLP (“GO”) manages two vehicles invested in the same strategy: TMAM-GO Japan Engagement Fund LLP, a UK limited partnership and The TMAM- GO Japan Engagement Master Fund (JEF) Ltd, a Cayman Islands fund.  JEF invests in a highly concentrated portfolio of small/mid-cap quoted companies in Japan and uses a constructive ‘Japanese way’ of engagement to improve long term share price performance. We also provide corporate governance services in Japan.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data and we summarise here our policies regarding the collection and use of your personal data, the security measures we employ to protect such data and your rights and choices with regard to access or use of such data.

What kind of information do we collect about you?

We at GO, only collect and use your name, email address, name and physical address of the company you work for and telephone number for the main purpose of sending you our monthly and/or  quarterly newsletter; to maintain and develop our customer relationship with you; and communicate with you more efficiently.

Why do you receive marketing from GO?

We send information about our products and services to existing customers whose contact information we have obtained over the course of our customer relationship with them. We may also send marketing emails to persons who have expressed an interest in our products and services.

We only send marketing to you if you have given us your consent to such marketing. Typically, such consent is collected when you first met us or requested information about our funds.
