The TMAM‐GO Japan Engagement Fund (JEF), a unique shareholder engagement fund, has been
launched with seed capital provided by major institutional investors from Japan and Europe, and is
now actively investing in a number of small to mid‐cap quoted companies in Japan.

Initial institutional seed investors include The Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund (AP4), a key
Japanese institutional client of Tokio Marine Asset Management (TMAM), IPGL and ten partners of
Governance for Owners (GO), including founders Peter Butler and Steve Brown and Tokyo‐based
partners.

The Tokyo‐based JEF team of Japanese nationals are engaging with senior managers and directors of
investee companies to help them create long‐term value and provide outperformance for investors.
